Auto-Attendant

The Auto Attendant is a virtual receptionist It answers the phone and provides a personalized message to callers. Callers have the option to connect to the operator, dial by name or extension, or connect to configurable extensions.

How does it Work?

When someone calls your main number and a live receptionist is not present, the caller is properly greeted and presented with a menu of options which they select from to connect to the right person or department. For example, they will be asked to “press ‘1’ for Sales, press ‘2’ for Distribution”, etc. They may be presented with a Dial by Name Directory or routed to another Auto Attendant for a particular department or location.

Office Standard Calling Plan

Administrative workers, corridor cruisers and knowledge workers. These are the workers that are heavily reliant on communication to perform their day to day tasks.

The Office Standard package is there to provide a non-Unified Communications option for people or locations where these advanced services are not required, e.g. lobby phone, warehouses, analogue phones, etc.

This feature automatically forwards your incoming calls to a different phone number.

Voicemail

What is it?

It is the ability to receive voice mail messages on your email system, in addition to your telephone system.

How does it work??

When callers leave messages on your voice messaging (or voice mail) system, a copy of the message is delivered to your email in box. You may choose to listen to the message in the normal course (i.e. dialing your message system and logging in), or opening a file delivered to your email, or both.

Direct Dial Number

You can keep your same phone number or you can get new local numbers in just about any area code even if your company is not located in that area code.

Unlimited Calling

Each Business VoIP calling plan includes unlimited calling within the United States. International calls are metered.
